Castaneda is a visual artist based in New York City. He attends the School of Visual Arts studying Photo and Video.
“The project that I am currently working on covers the intersectionality of Latinx American identity. Not only do I focus the lens on my family but onto myself – subverting traditional roles of machismo, of masculinity, through staged performances of sport, specifically Lucha Libre.”
